Product features:

 

The impact turbine is a special hydraulic propulsion mechanism that draws a free jet with kinetic energy, rushes to the runner bucket, and rotates the runner to do work, thereby completing a hydraulic prime mover that converts water energy into mechanical energy. In the impact turbine, the difference between the working jet and the relative position of the runner and the number of work can be divided into a tapping turbine, a slanting turbine and a double-click turbine.

 

The analysis proves that the efficiency is highest when the circumferential speed at the pitch circle is about half of the jet velocity. When the load changes, the direction of the water inlet speed of the runner is constant. In addition, the turbines are used in the high-head power station. The head change is relatively small and the speed changes little, so the efficiency is less affected by the load change. The efficiency curve is relatively flat and the highest efficiency is over 91%.
