Installation Of Main Shaft, Guide Bearing And Pipeline Of Hydroelectric Generator
1 Installation of the spindle seal
1.1 The installation of the main shaft seal is performed after the axis of the unit has been aligned and qualified and the center of the rotating part has been determined. When installing, the rotating part needs to be fixed.
1.2 When installing the main shaft seal, adjust the air shroud seal to make the gap between it and the main shaft flange even. The sealing support and sealing pressing ring of the air shroud seal should be hoisted in place before the generator is installed.
1.3 The radial clearance of the working seal without contact clearance should meet the design requirements of the drawing when installing.
1.4 Installation quality requirements
The clearance between the air shroud seal and the main shaft seal sleeve of the maintenance seal is uniform, and the deviation should not exceed ±20% of the design clearance value.

2. Installation of oil bearing
2.1 The oil bearing is installed when the axis of the unit has been calibrated and the main shaft seal has been pre-positioned.
2.2 The oil bearing should be tested with the main shaft, and the total clearance should meet the design requirements of the drawing.
2.3 When installing the guide bearing, adjust the clearance according to the center position of the spindle, and consider the swing, position, and size of the turning gear. The total clearance of the installation should meet the design requirements of the drawing.
2.4 After the oil bearing is installed, install the connection of the bearing cooler and the oil circulation pipeline according to the drawing requirements.
2.5 Installation quality requirements
The oil bearing clearance should meet the drawing requirements. The allowable deviation should be within ±20% of the distribution gap value. The oil bearing housing and the rotating oil pan are subjected to a kerosene leakage test, and no oil leakage is allowed.
The bearing cooler shall be subjected to a pressure test according to the sample requirements, and there shall be no abnormal phenomena such as leakage and cracks after passing the inspection.
The oil quality should be qualified, the oil level should meet the design requirements, and the deviation should generally not exceed ±10mm.
3 Installation of the servomotor
3.1 Before installation, the servomotor should be disassembled and cleaned. When assembling, it should be carefully and slowly, especially for the seals.

The compression stroke value of the servomotor is 10-12mm.
4 Installation of pipelines and auxiliary equipment
4.1 All water, gas, oil pipelines and instrument system pipelines in the pipeline system should be unblocked without any impurities.
4.2 When piping is configured, the ellipticity of the pipe cross-section shall not exceed 10% of the pipe diameter; the local concavity and convexity of the pipe incision shall not be large

4.3 The pipeline flanges are pre-assembled in the pipeline, welded, and pressure-resistant test is performed according to the pressure specified in the drawing, and there should be no leakage everywhere.
